In Ma ‘anshan Tianshun Agricultural Science and Technology Company, located in Changfu Village, Huangchi Town, Wang Jun, the young general manager, said that the upgrading of pressing technology has also brought about the appreciation of rapeseed oil. Compared with ordinary rapeseed oil, the premium rate of 7-day pressed rapeseed oil is about 50%.

The 7D rapeseed oil processing production line in front of us was developed by the Oil Crops Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, with a value of more than 2 million yuan. The so-called 7D actually refers to seven original technologies. Fresh rapeseed is poured into the oil-pressing equipment, and after the processes of selection, tempering, aroma production, low-temperature pressing and refining, it becomes rapeseed oil with clear color. Different from other processes of pressing rapeseed oil, the whole process of pressing rapeseed oil for 7 days has no chemical addition and no discharge of three wastes, which is absolutely green and environmentally friendly. Moreover, compared with the traditional oil extraction process, the new 7D process has reduced the working procedures by more than 50%, the energy consumption by more than 20%, and the production cost by more than 30%. The produced functional rapeseed oil is not only safe and nutritious, but also has a retention rate of total phenols, vitamin E and other associated substances of more than 85%.

With this technology, Tianshun Agricultural’s products obtained the national green food certification, and were awarded the top ten famous agricultural products in Maanshan and the gold medal in China Anhui Famous Agricultural Products Fair. Last year, the output of rapeseed oil squeezed by enterprises in 7 days was 466.2 tons, and the output value reached 13.986 million yuan. This year, the output value is expected to achieve double-digit growth.

The rise of "leading" processing enterprises has affected the development of rape planting. According to the staff of the Agricultural Office of Huangchi Town, this year, the planting area of rapeseed in the town reached 16,000 mu, and the yield per mu of rapeseed reached more than 220 kg, which was 10% higher than the county average.

Agricultural technicians in the town said that in recent years, in order to increase the added value of rape planting, the town has been based on the market, doing dual-purpose "vegetable oil" and demonstrating and promoting the planting of new varieties of "vegetable oil".

Root-oil-flowering Chinese cabbage has brought about new changes in rapeseed industry. This year, Happy Youth expanded the existing factory in Shuanggou, built a new Changfu branch, expanded the acquisition scope and improved production efficiency through "cooperation between villages and enterprises". After the plant is put into production, it will provide 10 local jobs and drive more than 200 farmers around. At the same time, it can drive the annual collective economic income growth of Shuanggou Village and Changfu Village to be no less than 95,000 yuan.

Rural tourism is flourishing.

Eco-farmhouse business is booming, and the construction of water villages and homestays is stepping up. Since the beginning of this year, Qiqiao Village has introduced a new mechanism of village-level collective economic partners and started two rural tourism projects in one breath, focusing on the rare rapeseed sea around it.

This year, Tianshun Agriculture held a rape flower festival in the 1,200-mu rape base in Changfu Village, and tourists from Nanjing, Wuhu, Maanshan and Xuancheng came to see the golden land and ocean.

Huinong Grain and Oil Professional Cooperative founded by Li Zhibin, a villager in Yuhe Village, has also initiated and held rape flower festivals many times, which has benefited a lot. At present, there are 430 cooperative members, 50 core members, 24 fixed employees of enterprises and 6.62 million yuan in fixed assets. The cooperative has successively established agricultural socialization service organizations, such as agricultural mechanization operation service team, specialized service team for unified prevention and control, and assured agricultural materials supply station, and realized the integrated services of grain and oil planting and aquaculture before, during and after production.

"The acquisition of 200,000 kilograms of rapeseed this year can produce nearly 70,000 kilograms of fragrant rapeseed oil, which is in short supply." Li Zhibin said that at present, the cooperative’s annual grain and oil processing capacity has increased to 8,500 tons, with an annual sales of 500 tons of grain and more than 200 tons of high-quality crayfish, which has driven the farmers to increase their income by 3,800 yuan per household.
